    2. Description of the Service

Shadow Journal is a shadow work application designed to support personal reflection, self-discovery, and wellness. The Service provides tools for recording triggers and reactions, exploring patterns, and receiving personalized reflections informed by Jungian psychology.

The Service is intended for personal insight and reflection only. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

    4. Subscription and Billing

    • New users may explore the Service during a 7-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

    5. Data Retention and Deletion

    Anonymous Use

If you use Shadow Journal without creating an account, no entry content, reflections, or conversations are saved.

Your entries, reflections, and conversation history are stored while you maintain an active subscription. If your subscription lapses or expires without renewal, your data will be retained for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
